Job Description: Growth Pipeline Associate
Role Overview
The Growth Pipeline Associate is a high-incentive, performance-driven role focused solely on the crucial task of outbound prospecting and setting qualified initial meetings. This is an entrepreneurial position where success offers an accelerated, clear pathway to a secured, full-time position with the company.
I. Core Responsibilities and Activity Requirements
A. Prospecting and Pipeline Management:
Mission: Identify, research, and meticulously qualify companies and key decision-makers that match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Execution: Execute strategic, personalized outbound campaigns across all channels.
Handoff: Provide a comprehensive meeting brief to the internal team immediately upon booking the meeting (SM Post NDA and Contract).
B. Autonomy and Flexibility:
Schedule Autonomy: The Associate has no obligation to work set hours or a set schedule. The work rhythm is determined solely by the Associate, at their own pace.
Advisory Range: The working range of 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM (local time) is provided only as a suggestion for optimizing contact rates with international clients.
C. Technical and Operational Stability:
Essential Equipment (BYOM): The Associate must provide their own computer hardware.
Service Continuity: The Associate must maintain a reliable internet connection and a backup power solution (e.g., UPS/Inverter) to ensure uninterrupted service availability and communication with clients.
D. Reporting and Metrics (KPIs):
Minimum Daily Activity: Ensure consistent pipeline activity, including a minimum of 80-100 targeted emails per work day.
Weekly Report: The Associate is required to submit a detailed Weekly Report summarizing all outreach activities, pipeline progress, and meetings booked every week end to the Team.
II. Comprehensive Compensation and Financial Pathway
This structure is 100% commission-based initially, maximizing potential earnings and long-term residual income.
1. Primary Acquisition Commission (10% - 20%): The Associate earns a commission on the client's first invoice. The rate will be between 10% and 20%, with the final percentage determined by the volume and quality of converting clients delivered within a set performance period. This commission is paid out within seven (7) days of Arrow receiving the client's payment for the first invoice.
2. Client Retention Bonus (Residual Income): This residual commission rewards the Associate for bringing in long-term, high-value clients:
Bonus Rate: 5% of the client's monthly payment.
Bonus Period: Paid every month for a full 12 months of client retention, provided the client remains a paying customer.
Payment Timeline: All earned residual bonuses are dispersed within seven (7) days of Arrow receiving the corresponding client payment.
3. Pathway to Full-Time Employee Status: High performance unlocks an offer for full employment:
Review Trigger: After a consistent period of 3 months of sustained, high-level performance and meeting all core KPIs, the Associate will be eligible for a formal review.
Employee Offer: A successful review results in an offer for a Full-Time Employee contract, including a Guaranteed Salary + Commission structure, and the full company benefits package.
